What a wonderful story, Norm—that is, the story of how you reinvented yourself. It took raw nerve, I imagine. I use the word “imagine” because that is what I do regularly about the nomad life. I think what it is like to be retired and working 2 part-time jobs just to stay afloat in this USA. Is that “retirement”? Who is kidding whom?! The day will come when I walk to that cliff. Do I fly like Icarus or walk back to the safety of my house that I continue to pay and pay and pay for? Hmmmm?
